Paul's combined experience across corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, which has included multiple start ups and exits, means he has well & truly walked the walk.
His unique viewpoint, rooted in his combined experience and neurodivergence, has solved many a problem his clients couldn't.
Yes he has made more mistakes than he'd care to remember, but he'll tell you that a very valuable lesson was learned each time.
As well as the success Paul has achieved for his clients, he has built an enviable network of trusted consultants, business professionals, trusted supplier companies, and more.
Away from work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, attending the gym, supporting his football team, and gaming!

Anna

Anna has enjoyed a diverse career, holding senior management and board positions within BPO, telecommunications, and financial services including fintech, outsourced payroll and more.
Anna is another true practitioner based coach and consultant, who also possesses real world experience.
Anna has guided many clients to successful project completions or exits, and also has more than one start up and exit of her own behind her.
This, combined with decades of experience working closely with trusted suppliers, makes her a fantastic asset to Kronos.
Away from work Anna enjoys yoga, swimming, horse riding, long walks with her Giant Schnauzer, Ripley, and all things horror and Sci-Fi.​​​​​​​​​​​

Consultant

Magnus

Magnus has focused his time in financial services and fintech, working as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, ahead of entering the blockchain space, where he has consulted on many projects, guiding numerous clients to successful project completions and exits.
Magnus has operated to board level, as well as running his own consultancy business, and has worked closely with multiple trusted suppliers, developing key relationships to board level to ensure smooth project delivery and success - meaning he knows who to trust.
Away from the office, Magnus will usually be found in the gym, or in the octagon, where he teaches MMA (mixed martial arts).​​​​​

Marketing Coordinator

Zac

Zac might be just out of school, but don't let that fool you.
For a young man he already possesses a wealth of experience in digital marketing, working within the gaming, fitness, fintech (with specific experience in cryptocurrency and NFT's) and retail sectors.
With direct experience across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch and more, Zac is taking his already extensive knowledge and combining this with ongoing learning via a Digital Marketing apprenticeship, which will provide an SCQF Level 7 / HNC qualification, to take Kronos forward in the digital space.
Away from work, Zac loves his car and will be found at car meets, keeping fit at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.

Office Dog

Ziggy

Ziggy is the office dog.
He contributes by keeping us fit and healthy by getting us all out on walks, which also helps to keeps our heads nice & clear, as we navigate the world on behalf of our clients.
Ziggy enjoys his long walks, but he loves playing catch with his Ovo eggs, getting belly rubs and eating ham!
He's also a cheeky wee bugger, and if you're not careful, he will munch your lunch!
